This notice explains the current static public build and the future data boundaries MOMVE Market should respect.

This page is public information only and does not replace legal advice or future service-specific privacy terms.

Current static build

Currently collected data

No backend forms are active.
No login or account database is active.
No payment or ticketing system is active.
No cookies are intentionally set by MOMVE static pages.
Mailto inquiries are handled by the user’s own email client and email provider.

Future systems

Future data categories

Account data and access requests.
Ticket, audio access, and activation data.
Creator submissions and rights records.
Reports, analytics, payments, and audit logs.

Boundary

Public/private boundary

Public pages should only contain public information. Private records, identity documents, contracts, payment data, creative submissions, staff records, investor materials, and audit evidence must be stored in protected systems outside public_html.

Future systems should use role-based access, secure sessions, encryption where appropriate, data minimization, consent records, and audit logs.
